It would be useful if the company code was automated when uploading a document as the system already knows which company a user is from, appreciate there is no link currently between the naming convention field for originator code and the users organisation but if this could be looked at it would be useful. Some users pick the wrong originator code from the list and also complain that the list is very long to choose from, if it was automated then it would streamline the process and result in no errors for the originator code field.
