It would be really useful if the marking up tool was updated to make it more streamlined and efficient to use. Outside of 4 Projects I use Bluebeam Revu for general marking up and it is SO much better and faster to use than the marking up tool built in to 4 Projects. The ability to use keyboard shortcuts for callouts, text boxes, arrows etc and to be able to set default sizes and so on makes the whole process much more streamlined and would save alot of time compared to the VfP marking up tool which is pretty clunky in my opinion.
It would also save time if the Name of the markup was automatically generated rather than manually entered for each one. Our protocol for markup naming is "Document Name - Initials - Job Title - Status" If this was automatically generated it would save alot of time. Also the ability to select distribution groups or security groups from the recipient list rather than individual project members from a long list would save alot of time aswell.
