We have recently configured our enterprise workflows for "Published Documents" and "Shared Documents" but we find that uploaders arnet up to speed yet with the new revision references contained within ISO 19650.
Currently we are only able to assign default revision references folder by folder which doesnt really help if you have a mixture of Shared Documents and Published Documents within the same folder which is always the case with our enterprise at least.
It would be good if we could assign the default starting revision reference based upon the workflow selected. For example if a document is uploaded as "Published Document" it would automatically be given C01 as the starting revision reference. If the document was given "Shared Document" status then the starting revision reference would be P01. This would hopefully reduce the amount of documents being uploaded with the incorrect revision references.
