In order to determine the distribution of documents it would be practical to be able to generate a report from any container to show a matrix of the linked locations & date of all the container contents. This could be used as a tool to quickly determine distribution of info through the system much the same as a normal document register.
I'm finding at moment that in order to determine links to other containers, SVC's and DVC's you have to go into each document properties to display the linked to table which takes a long time if checking through all information on the system.
