Our PM's did not create projects in TEAM by pulling the projects out of Spectrum, these were created sepertly. I have been told that there is no way to sync project in Spectrum with the project that has already been created in TEAM without recreating the project in TEAM. Without this option, I currently can not use Data Analytics or see the Contract Status reports on most of my projects in TEAM.
