When an RFI is created against you or someone responds to one you raised you get an email with all the information on the RFI except for any attachments.

This would be extremely beneficial for external parties as they wouldn't need to log into the system to see an attachment, they would be able to view it from the email and reply to the email. We have some external parties that are happy to reply to the email notification but not to log into the system.
