All our WFs Decision Nodes are set up weighted voting. We are finding that without reason and randomly WF Decision Node Vote Types change without the action being requested/carried out. Usually to inclusive voting. These are changed randomly when either checking that the WFs set up correctly with no changes carried out or we are adding reviewing panel members,,,and worst of all records a log against the user when they actually haven't changed it. This is infuriating for the user and the poor help desk who have to deal with the complaints. Surely I am not the only one. Perhaps this can be investigated
