To know what the title (Description) of the document is for both the Document Control and the clients and subcontractors.

The notification transmittal, for users to vote on a workflow, to include the document description would be very useful. This should be implemented.

I am continually asked if on the notification transmittal the description field can be seen. I cannot stress how useful this would be. Especially as it is becoming common now to go by naming conventions so the File name is often a referenced name where the user has no idea what the document is exactly.
It would be great to have more choices with the notification transmittal contents summary.

We have the description included, but not the originator whih we need, as in many ocassions the document number / title are not selfexplanatory on who has created the item.
I would appreciate more flexibility on the matrix transmittal displayed fields.
