There is greater need to have the option to prevent markups being created after a document has terminated a workflow, as it means these late comments are missed from the delivery team.
The 'decision nodes' within the workflows allow a set duration for receiving comments and if a compliance node is use to burn on 'accepted' comments (via V&M tool), late comments allowed to be generated after this stage cause a number of issues that can delay proceedings and put us all at risk.
I would suggest a tick box option somewhere towards the end of a workflow (or even in the workflow configuration tile) that gives the option to accept/prevent further markups being created, once a document has terminated the workflow, would eliminate this high risk issue completely.
