There has been a few instances where our engineers have accidentally rejected mark ups on documentation and we have had to go to Viewpoint support to get these comments reinstated which can take a couple of weeks. If we had the option to reinstate these our self it would be a lot quicker as we need to get these back to the contractors on a certain timescale.
