When an employee has enough tenure to start accruing more PTO (eg from 0-5 years to 6-10 years), our payroll department has to add the new grouping row in the PR Employees -> Employee Leave tab, and put the current date as the effective date. They then change the effective date on the old line to some date in the future. Could there instead be an "Inactive" box on the row where you could check inactive on the old line, instead of having to put the effective date sometime into the future?
