On the our Viewpoint Enterprise, we have a list of Keywords in place.
Because these were setup at Enterprise Level they now filter across all our projects. These keywords are all ‘Project Specific’ and ideally they should have been setup at project level, however that is not an option. (Only generic keywords that relate to all projects would be created at Enterprise Level)
When you go into your project and select the relevant keywords, there is an option 'Display All Keywords' . If you tick this it will show you all the key words listed on the Enterprise (multiple projects).
This is not ideal as we wouldn’t want users seeing other project specific keywords. The non-project keywords are greyed out meaning that users within that project will not be able to select them however those should not be visible.
We need to be able to only display project related keywords at project level. Users should not be able to see other projects keywords.
Maybe the 'Display all Keywords' option should be removed or not allowed to be tick. I have reported this as well. see case details for more information.
