It would be useful because you could quickly and easily keep track of e.g. CM&DM etc. you may need to chase up and you'd be able to see whether or not the number of overdue files was going down or up at a glace. Which would make keeping each project up to date a lot easier and less time consuming.

Yes - it would be good for a Project Admin to be able to view/export a Dashboard that instead of breaking down the bar chart into time periods, breaks it down into Organizations who have items "in their court".
