Currently all processes are dealt either by a specific workflow that is configured specifically by an enterprise or by a task. Both have advantages and disadvantages however I find more disadvantages.
In essence the idea is to create few built-in Intelligent Flows for specific industry processes like Request For Information - available for project participants and with features like forwarding for review and voting by consultants or other parties. In case of Material submittal Sheet / Request that would allow collection of the appraisals by a project admin manager. and such use would be much more intuitive, flexible but at the same time tailored to specific need.
I noted few previous suggestions of this kind and have been using other systems with such functions for quite a few years already.

I think it's exactly the minimum what should be done. Every other product on the market that I encountered has it.
There really ought to be a 'Workflow Library' at the very least that gives some starting points rather than every customer having to create them all from scratch. But then, that's a nice little money spinner for additional 'Professional Services fees', isn't it?
