We are a commercial construction company and have hundreds of subcontractors. Each of these contractors have (typically) a set of compliance codes they have to adhere to. In these codes, we can list expiration dates. Most of these compliance codes are related to insurance. It would nice if we could somehow Create an Email within Viewpoint that emails the non-compliant subcontractors (or subs that will be non-compliant within the next 30 days), requesting renewed insurance. The contact could be pulled from the Distribution Contact that is listed in "PM Subcontracts". Otherwise, we are stuck writing 100's of manually worded emails & having to re-find the correct contacts to send them to, requesting updated insurance, just to go update it Viewpoint again.
