When moving documents from one container to another, it would be useful to have a checkbox to state "Leave link to this document in original location", as often the reason why someone has uploaded to the first location is that they want to see it there, but the document actually belongs in another location but a link to it should remain where the person first uploaded it.
Examples are - documents gathered for BREEAM or Planning Condition Discharge Evidence packs, the documents themselves might firstly get uploaded to containers for those, but actually belong in various Site Surveys, Test Results, etc. and so the documents themselves should be moved to the container that befits the type of document, but a link to it should remain in the BREEAM or Planning Condition container since it's a document in support of one of those.
