Many people don't know that the Add/Remove Attachments screen can instantly list the most recent 10 documents, if they just click 'Search' without entering anything at all in the search fields. However they get overwhelmed with all the search fields and spend hours pasting document numbers into the Name field and searching them one-by-one.
It would be far nicer if the screen automatically showed the most recent documents, as if 'Search' had been clicked with nothing in the search terms, so that if somebody is attaching what they've just uploaded, they'll instantly see them at the top (or near the top) of the list.
There could be a coloured banner above the document list when it first appears saying "Currently showing most recent files. Alternatively you may enter your own search criteria above."
