The title explains it all. We want the functionality to be able to vote on workflows for individual items so that we can run reports on items approved with certain category of approval or rejection. We ALSO want to be able to have a free text input explaining to originator that the item has comments or is rejected. YES, We can create a mark-up and YES we can send back on the task type but still - the flexibility within a workflow is essential.
