It would be good to have the ability to see which Matrix Transmittals a chosen user last received, rather than traverse all the Matrix Transmittals trying to find the one that last included that person as a recipient. At the moment it is too hard to prove when people are receiving them when they should, when they call or e-Mail to complain that they haven't been notified of things they think they should.
