since viewpoint team automatically marks submittals and RFI's as private for visibility this can hinder a team members option to view an RFI or submittal for coordination purposes. being able to switch one setting to make all RFI's and/or submittals public on the project would be a great help for transparency reasons. of course users would still have the option to keep them as private by default. this would just add a one click button to switch visibility to public for all items.
