There is a bug in the Unzip function within the Project Extracts area. If the ZIP contains multiple files with the same filename, only one instance is kept. This is a problem where there are multiple versions of a document but the filename contains only the document or drawing number, without any kind of revision indication. This means one 'overwrites' the other in the extract.
Whereas, clicking the link and unzipping directly from the browser calls up the Windows 'Which files do you want to keep' dialog box and all versions can be retained, with a sequential number suffixed to duplicated filenames.
The VP Unzip feature needs to provide this warning and option where applicable.
