Currently workflow activity statuses allow us to configure the visibility of an item at the termination of a workflow but this is visibility or non-visibility to all users. It would be beneficial to be able to refine this based on user, security group or distribution group, allowing you to define more precisely who can see items at the termination of a workflow. This would be particularly useful when configuring workflows for BIM related information/items.
