Selecting multiple files for download where there are slashes and some other symbols in the Name or Description field cause the downloaded ZIP to contain those files within ANOTHER ZIP - the ZIP it's contained in is named according to the filename up to the symbol, then the filename from after the symbol is what the file inside the ZIP is named as.
For example:
6th floor balustrade typical H/R details |
Gets downloaded as:
A folder in the ZIP called:
11689-01-04-DI-6th floor balustrade typical H
Containing a file inside named:
R details-For Approval-G.pdf
This seems to be linked with the change to using hyphens to delimit between the metadata fields instead of underscores. It would seem a routine that was supposed to be replacing 'illegal' characters with a hyphen has instead been set to replace all 'acceptable' symbols with a hyphen but leave 'illegal' characters in there which confuses the creation of the ZIP file.
