When we have a new starter who is using multiple projects, it would be easier to be able to add multiple projects to the user as opposed the going into each project/security group.

When issuing the initial invitation at Enterprise level, you can select multiple Project level Security Groups to apply to their profile. This means when they accept the invitation, they have immediate access to all required projects, and you don't need to update the security groups in each individual project. We find this is an easier way to administer initial invitations.
Note that you can also include Project level Distribution Groups in the initial invitation which can assist if the user will be involved with Tasks and/or participating on Workflows.
