System needs to have the ability to choose between calendar and working days so as to take weekends and bank holidays into account for workflow durations. At the moment workflows are calendar days only which is not always in line with contractual agreements i.e. 10 working days but can only set to 10 calendar days, and actions will show as overdue on weekends/bank holidays which is incorrect. Would have thought this would be a basic requirement and quite simple to enforce, have seen this available on other CDE's.
