A way to see if users on a node have received the notification when a document has gone through a workflow node to the next node. There is a checkbox to notify users but there is not a way to check if it has been sent out/received.

I need to be able to demonstrate that drawings have been issued to Consultants/Subcontractors - 4P automatically sends out a transmittal. On our old workflow I sent out a transmittal notification I could see who I sent it too - I cant now show that layouts were issued
