Rejected Info - Revision

If a document is QA rejected, typically an originator would not up-revise a document based on a simple QA rejection however in order to be able to re-upload the amended document, the QA rejected doc needs to be removed - is there a way for QA rejected info to allow the upload of the same revision and the previous version to have 'QA rejected' next to it?

You can edit the revision to ? / Rejected and when the document is revised with the corrected document, the revision is then changed back to the original revision. When you look in properties, you'll be able to see both the rejected revision and the correct revision.
