Please fix the illegal characters problem

We need to download files that include multiple fields however any that contain an illegal character e.g. / , the file gets broken up into folder and sub folders. This means wasting time renaming items which is not efficient.

What should be download as 'CCS_1738-25th Mar 22 progress©Christian Smith-S1/S2 - Suitable for Information-1'

Is instead downloaded as a file named 'S2 - Suitable for Information-1' placed in a folder called 'CCS_1738-25th Mar 22 progress©Christian Smith-S1'.

If you get more than one illegal character in the assumed downloaded filename this can result in a large number of folders & subfolders just for 1 file!

Surely this should have been fixed by now?!!!
