This would be useful as the current download format is not fit for purpose.
Anyone who is issued documents via the public 4projects platform would greatly benefit from this change.
The public URL currently duplicates file names of anything that isn't a drawing, meaning that the file names are too long to put directly onto a server, and would need to be stripped individually, which cannot be done with Windows PowerShell.

There should also be an option to download without the status, as this will be irrelevant for the majority of companies, as the main focus will always be the revision number. The status is also always stated within the document being issued, whereas the revision number will always be required so that documents can be superseded easily when and where required.

Please can we have the option of choosing how we want the path to be presented, due to character length we are having to manually amend the name of containers & documents which is very time consuming, the public URL is a useful tool but completely not fit for purpose in some circumstances
The option to amend the downloaded name via the URL link would greatly benefit any recipient of a link. We currently have Clients who are unable to save the information via a URL link to their own drives as it includes Name_Description_Status_Revision. Having the option to have 'Name' only or a combination of the Name_Description_Status_Revision would assist.
