Once a voter has been appointed for a document on a workflow, it seems its not possible to change the voter for that document unless its re uploaded. taking into account that dealing with construction projects, sometimes companies change and the voter on a specific document on the workflow might need to be changed.
Would be ideal if this could be incorporated to allow this changes

In addition to the advice below, if you include a distribution group as a panel member instead of a single user, any changes to the membership of the Distribution Group will automatically update within the workflow without having to use the update nodes in use (which will reset/remove any previous comments by other panel members).
There is a tick box that will allow your changes to voting panels to be amended on existing workflows. See attached
