Viewpoint For Projects doesn't allow a simple report showing that our organisation has commented (uploaded attachment)/ given status/ voted on contractual drawings and documents. Because of this, we need to duplicate information into our own spreasheet and add dates when we returned comments and retain for our QA purposes.
