This suggestion has been posted before in 2016. Purpose of this is to suggest again as it is a very important feature that would save a lot of time. The ability to drag and drop folders and the files within would make a few hours turn into few minutes which is good for productivity.
Spending endless hours having to redo the folder structure in viewpoint is not productive.
Other cloud storage tools such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, OneDrive etc already have this feature.
