We expend long time amending this content in our reports. Tasks are allowed to be responded by e-mail, therefore this reporting issue should be resolved to guarantee usage of the funtionality. If only text responses are exportable, the notification must be built in a way that "text only" responses are created automatically.

Hi, please can this be escalated. The Character limit in this column cuts off the full Post Detail which results in incomplete RFI reports and is very inconvenient. Thanks
Hi. Are you able to move this issue forward as we are unable to print or download a report without half of it missing. If it allows you to use that many characters on the database you should be able to get this in report form. Thankyou
Its all aboout the reporting now Jeremy. And now with 4BIM using them, we have even more reports. This issue also supports VPC-I-161
Hi Jeremy, the responses are exported to excel to allow the design team to have a full picture of the RFIs list. This reports are brought to design meetings where all details are discussed. Please feel free to contact me for any further details.
