Current we run our Client RFI in Tasks, these have strict time scales against them, problem we are seeing, we close out a task but then the client will reply to the task after the time set, which then re-opens the tasks but now it is overdue, the client is now starting to use this against us. If a task is closed, only the owner of the task should be able to re-open that task. If an email is sent and the task is closed then who sent the email should get a bounce back message stating the task is now closed.
