The mark up tool is too simplistic and does not support sketching or screen copy and paste. We get push back constantly from architects that it is poor and end up having to allocate resource to manage architect's hand drawn comments. Design consultants argue it slows them down on drawing commenting. Viewpoint is actually creating additional work for its users because of the poor commenting tool. The commenting tool as it currently stands isn't fit for its purpose.
