Multiple suggestions have been made in regards to workflow comments being made visible within a column, downloadable, editable dating back as far as 2016 some of which have been marked as in Development. The ways in which you can ONLY view comments are far too time consuming for all working on projects. It would be very useful helpful to have all of the above available, visible on the main screen whereby a report can be run similar to post detail within the Task area showing comments made. or at least from workflow history function being able to extract as a pdf or xls and not simply a print function.
