It would be good if the 'i' icon in the notification centre quick view be an active button, this could show you the properties of the task or discussion that has been assigned to you with a summary of the last correspondence on these so you could decide to View or dismiss from this window, rather than opening all items that have been issued to you then closing them to dismiss the notification.
