In order to burn in mark ups you need to use the Review and Markup Node, however we may not need to always physically markup a document rather just provide a basic comment. You currently cannot finalize Markup Reviews in a batch, it would be beneficial if this could be done in a similar fashion to providing vote and comment in a batch.
