As a Power admin at Enterprise level, you have far too few rights. You should be able to see, among other things, when a document has not been registered or has been made private. It is now striking that this is not the case, because you get errors when you want to delete certain containers. For example, you cannot indicate to users that they still have to take action if you receive complaints that a document has not yet been approved.
Project admins with certain rights can also remove a power admin from a project, something like this should never be possible.
If a project admin creates a distribution/security group, it must be visible as power admin (and you must have all rights to it). This should not be a manual action by the person who creates the distribution/security group.
As a Power admin you should be a vote administrator by default for every workflow. You should also have the rights to extract documents from a workflow, although the workflow does not allow this. Documents that become invisible due to the workflow must also remain visible by the Power admin.
These are quite a few things I'm thinking about. And so there will be many more. So you actually have to be able to operate on system admin (but only for your own Enterprise).
