It is very difficult to compare rights between 2 different security groups. You do have a permission troubleshoot function, but it does not display the permissions per container. When creating a new security group you would often want to start from the rights that another group already has. So there is a need for a function to take over rights from a existing security group. An export/import function of the rights would also be a good way.
