There should be links to the actual attachments for email Notification Transmittal, it is extremely confusing for a occasional user to actually download the documents they are being notified of , this shouldn't be hard as it is possible to create link to documents by highlighting them and dragging them onto an email.
We find as this process is part of our protocols it is very embarrassing for us to keep telling people how to get the information...it should be this hard!

Can we also have the users organisation listed on the notification? Currently just the users name in the body of the notification e.g Joe Smith is notifying you of - when it could say - Joe Smith of ABC Engineering is notifying you of...

I think the screen views generated by 4Projects currently are poor in general. Hopefully the next version of 4P will have a more familiar feel to it somewhat like windows etc.
