It would be good to have the option to add a project role to users which you have visibility of within the User Directory on a project. At Invite level as well as the option to edit it at project level.
Although you have their job title (if the user sets this up), some job titles may not match what their role is on a project, e.g. a Project Co-Ordinator could be appointed as document controller on one project or information manager on another.
