When uploading a document, the naming convention is automatically checked in the naming validation. If the name is completely correct, but an extra piece has been added after a separator, it would be useful if this automatically ends up in the description. For example, no manual action is needed to adjust the last part of the naming validation and external parties can also name their documents clearly enough on their own disk.
