We are searching for a way to share general documents, planning and other documentation with all project users. If you use the Public Link all the users do need to download the documentation before it can be used.
If the Dynamic Virtual Container is used, you get problems whenever someone doesn't attach the new documents or everything needs to be attached again when using a new site.
Can there be made a folder that can share those documents without the issues from above?
