If the ''show on upload and revise'' setting is switched off on Enterprise level. You are not able to activate it on Site or project level.
So this setting can only be configured on the enterprise level and applies to all underlying levels. The wish is of course that it is possible to deviate from this per site/ project. Some sites want to have a status available during an upload and revision where another location don't want this.
