We would like the ability to amend the following details on tasks via email. This makes working with tasks quicker but not all actions can currently be completed via email.
Add new recipients to the task by including them in the emailed response to a task.
Change who the task is assigned to by either including a different person's email address in the email To: or CC: fields. Alternatively, include the text [Assigned To: j.bloggs@google.com].
Close tasks via email by including the following text [Percentage Complete: 100]l
Allow users not originally included as a recipient of the task to post a response to a task via email if their security group has permission to view and post on the task.
Please expose the code in box brackets that are required to allow an email to be posted as a response to a task. We create tasks via emails and then users respond to these emails rather than the task form issued by the system. We then have to find the code to add to an email forwarding the response to the system.
Allow reports to be created at a company rather than individual level. We can show all tasks assigned to one person, but we often have more than one person at a company dealing with tasks.
Add the option to add all users from a specific company as task recipients if one person at a company is assigned the task. Don't want this to happen for anyone only copied the task.
