Virtual Containers are used widely in a variety of ways, depending on your organisation's use. These could be works packages based on keywords, custom fields, naming convention (Functional or Spatial Breakdown) as well as many others. There is a lot of manual work goes into attaching documents to correct location(s) and room for human error or simply lack of making sure information is attached upon upload. It is also difficult to determine whether a document has been attached to the correct location without the need to go into each document properties, (very time consuming). It would be great if there was an intelligent way in which the software reads the information upon upload and automatically allocates that information to the relevant dynamic containers(s). This may be based upon naming (fields), custom fields, status, keywords etc.
