This is another function which could be fabulous if it gave accurate information and could be expedited by Project Admins.
The information given when you export a report only shows what is on screen and not information contained within each invite sent. (in many cases can be multiple individuals).
The only way to get a report is by requesting it via Viewpoint directly, I currently have it sent to me for Enterprise Level weekly (as I was advised you no longer do this at project level) however, it shows same user listed multiple times for every project they are invited to. It should also list Security Group and potentially Distribution Groups of invited user. The information provided does not give all details which we would look for in a report and needs to be looked at.
These reports need to be able to be processed by Project Admins. We have Clients and Project Manager who request this information frequently and having to keep a manual record of users and invites sent on a project take alot of unnecessary time and effort, when it could be an automated process giving more information and reporting conducted by project admins upon request without having to rely on support from viewpoint.
