Our business are looking to create templates to allow us to roll out VFP to our business. As part of this, we want to create custom fields as part of the template to allow us to tag all documents and tasks against our Cost Breakdown Structure (composed of three option list fields).
This CBS is likely to be unique for every project, so it would be good if there was an option to import values from a spreadsheet when setting up a custom field. Currently it is necessary to add values one at a time, so for our major projects, where there might be hundreds of values in each field, this will prove a huge task. Being able to populate the option list from Excel would be a huge time timesaver and help to facilitate timely rollout of the system.
