We have a lot of items uploaded with incorrect status and are asked to change these, but on changing, the workflow does not change behind it and remains as the original status. i.e. an item uploaded as PD for construction has a workflow of different reviewers linked, really the item should have been S2 - for Information which then is automatically approved after QA approval. If the status is changed from PD to S2, the workflow options after QA check remain as the PD options.
